1 – receiving and considering the Statement of Operation and the Statement of Financial Position for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2018;
2 – electing the directors for a one-year term (2018-2019) from the following directors proposed by the Governance & Nominating Committee of the Board:

PRESENTATION BY DR. BRUCE MAZER
The Annual General Assembly will be followed by a presentation by Dr. Bruce Mazer, Executive Director and Chief Scientific Officer (Interim) of the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre.
Dr. Mazer will highlight recent research projects at the Montreal General Hospital such as those linked to the Centre for Outcomes Research and Evaluation (CORE), the Centre of Innovative Medicine (CIM) and the Surgical Innovation Platform (SIP).
