1. Receiving and considering the Statement of Operation and the Statement of Financial Position for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2019;
2. Electing the directors for a one-year term (2018-2019) from the following directors proposed by the Governance & Nominating Committee of the Board:

4. Approving and adopting RESOLUTION 2019-1 being a resolution to change the objects of the Legal Person by filing an Application for Supplementary Letters Patent;
5. Ratifying and confirming BY-LAW 2019-2, being a by-law to repeal and adopt new general by-laws of the Legal Person;
6. Transacting such further and other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.

Presentations by Drs. Gregory Berry and Lorenzo Ferri
Join us for the Annual General Meeting and hear the heads of the departments of Orthopaedics and Thoracic Surgery share their challenges and celebrate the accomplishments of their teams, all thanks to your generosity.
Dr. Berry will present the successes and challenges making the Division of Orthopaedics a major reference centre for all of Québec and Canada.
Dr. Ferri will paint a portrait of thoracic cancers in Canada. He will also present new techniques and advances made by his team in the treatment of esophageal, stomach and lung malignancies.
