Impact & Innovation Evening

We are pleased to announce the Montreal General Hospital Foundation’s inaugural Impact & Innovation Evening, October 23, 2024. 

To showcase the impact of our research awards, this event brings together over 250 medical leaders, visionary researchers, and generous philanthropists for a cocktail dinatoire.  

This exclusive event celebrates the impact of our Foundation’s support of research and innovation, as well as our annual Research Award recipients. Thanks to our generous donors, in the last year the Foundation invested $6.3M in research overall. This year, $1.97M went to our 67 Research Award recipients. 

Our Foundation’s mission is to inspire the philanthropic community to invest in transformative initiatives conceived and guided by our medical leaders. Therefore, guests can experience first-hand how our Foundation’s funding makes a real difference to our researchers, and discover projects and startups poised to transform the future of healthcare. The evening features presentations on MHGF-supported initiatives, and booths showcasing some of the innovative health-tech startups funded by our new impact investment program. 

Thanks to our donors, we’re honoured to fund transformative initiatives that can impact the lives of patients across the province and beyond.
